This Privacy Policy applies to the Galatic.ai application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Galactic LLC. It describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Galatic.ai app, visit our website at galatic.ai, or interact with any of our services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Account information (name, email address, password)
Content you create using our services (videos, images, prompts)
Usage data and analytics
Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
Communications with our support team

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each one receives only the data necessary to perform its specific function, solely to provide the Service to you — not for any independent purpose of their own:

Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, storage, and infrastructure for your account data and content, including photos you upload
AI model providers (including Kie.ai, Anthropic's Claude via AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud, ElevenLabs and Suno via Kie.ai): process the prompts, photos, and other content you submit in order to generate the AI images, video, and text you request
Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions and purchases
Amazon Cognito: account authentication

AI model training. Galatic.ai does not train or fine-tune any AI model on your content. Your prompts, uploads, photos, voice samples and generated content are sent to the AI model providers above only to produce the output you requested, and we do not send them your content for any other purpose. Anthropic (via AWS Bedrock), Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud are bound by their terms not to use that content to train their models. ElevenLabs (voice) and Suno (music, reached through Kie.ai) process it under their own published terms, which allow them to use it to improve their models unless an opt-out applies; the other models we reach through Kie.ai are governed by Kie.ai's and each model maker's terms.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

Automatic session timeout and token rotation

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:

Account data: Retained until account deletion
Generated content: kept while your account is active. Files older than 90 days move to lower-cost storage and remain available.
Content from sessions without an account: may be removed after 12 months
Concierge intake details: 90 days
Usage logs: 30 days
Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement)

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. These are always on.

If you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner, we also load analytics and advertising tags from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), Meta and TikTok, which may set their own cookies to measure visits and ad results.

If you choose "Decline non-essential", or haven't chosen yet, those cookies are not set and the Meta and TikTok tags are not loaded. The Google tag still loads in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies and sends Google only basic, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed or a purchase completed, with no identifiers), which Google uses to estimate ad results in aggregate. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
